Nuevos Cuadernillos de Jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana: “Corrupción y Derechos Humanos”, “Derechos Económicos, Sociales, Culturales y Ambientales” y actualización de los Cuadernillos sobre “Control de Convencionalidad” e “Igualdad y no discriminación”. San José, Costa Rica, 30 de julio de 2019. -Corte Interamericana publica Cuadernillos de Jurisprudencia sobre “Corrupción y Derechos Humanos”, y “Derechos Económicos, Sociales, Culturales y Ambientales” y actualizó los Cuadernillos sobre “Control de Convencionalidad” e “Igualdad y no discriminación”. La Serie “Cuadernillos de Jurisprudencia” es una sistematización temática de los estándares internacionales en materia de derechos humanos de la Corte Interamericana. Su objeto es dar a conocer las principales líneas jurisprudenciales del Tribunal en diversos temas de relevancia e interés regional de manera accesible. Puede encontrar los Cuadernillos de Jurisprudencia aquí. New Case Law Handbooks from the Inter-American Court on “Corruption and Human Rights” and “Economic, Social, Cultural, and Environmental Rights” and updated Handbooks on “Conventional Review” and “Equality and Non-Discrimination.” San José, Costa Rica, 30 July 2019 – Today the Inter-American Court of Human Rights published Case Law Handbooks on “Corruption and Human Rights,” and “Economic, Social, Cultural, and Environmental Rights” and updated the handbooks on “Conventional Review” and “Equality and Non-Discrimination.” The “Case Law Handbooks” series is a thematic systemization of the Inter-American Court’s international human rights standards. It aims to publicize, in an accessible format, the Court’s main lines of case law in areas that are relevant and in the general regional interest. The Case Law Handbooks are available here.
